European Sovereignty
Europe’s technology future will not be decided by slogans. It will be decided by procurement rules, capital formation, cloud dependency, compute access, industrial policy, regulatory design, and the ability to turn strategic intent into operational capability.
RefleXio Intelligence examines European technology strategy without nostalgia and without fatalism. We track the structural choices shaping the continent’s digital position: sovereign cloud, AI compute, public-sector demand, regulated industry requirements, open-source ecosystems, hyperscaler dependence, and the political economy of infrastructure.
Our perspective is deliberately unsentimental. Europe does not need more rhetoric about digital sovereignty. It needs clear analysis of which layers of the stack matter, which dependencies are acceptable, which are dangerous, and which policy or procurement decisions can alter the market. RefleXio Intelligence exists to read those signals early, connect them rigorously, and translate them into strategic judgment.
