AI Governance

AI governance is leaving the slide deck. It is entering procurement, architecture, audit trails, model lifecycle controls, incident response, human oversight, and board accountability. Regulation is no longer a legal annex to AI strategy. It is becoming part of the system design.

RefleXio Intelligence analyzes AI governance as operational infrastructure. We look at how the EU AI Act, GDPR, DORA, NIS2, and sector-specific regimes translate into technical controls, evidence, supervision, logging, risk classification, and defensible decision-making. The question is not whether an organization has principles. The question is whether those principles can survive production.

Our work is built for the gap between regulation and execution. We examine the cost of uncertainty, the architecture of compliance, and the organizational burden of governing AI systems that learn, recommend, generate, and act. The distinctive value is precision: turning regulatory noise into strategic clarity for leaders who must deploy AI without losing control of risk.
